Has my order been placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email to the address you provided. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email with a track & trace code so you can follow your order all the way to delivery.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.

What is your return policy?
We offer a return period of 5 days. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all attached labels within that period.
If you're unable to return your items within 5 days, please reach out to our customer service team at underwearboochi@gmail.com, and we’ll look at the options together.
What are the return costs?
A fee of €3.60 will be charged for return shipping. To prevent unnecessary returns, we ask for a small contribution. Thanks to our detailed product info, we hope you make the right choice the first time.
How do I wash my Boo Chi underwear the right way?
To keep your Boo Chi underwear soft, beautiful, and in great condition, follow these tips:
Use a delicate wash program or hand wash.
Protect your underwear from friction and damage.
Avoid aggressive detergents or bleach.
Let your underwear air dry to maintain elasticity and shape.
The fabrics are delicate and may get damaged otherwise.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
If your order total is €75.00 or more, shipping is free.
If your order is under €75.00, a shipping fee of €3.60 will apply.
When will my order be shipped?
If you place your order on a weekday before 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day (except on Sundays and public holidays).
